For instructions on obtaining the Emergency Removal Password, please visit the following page: Please note that your Emergency Removal Password will need to be recorded beforehand, as it can only be seen after you log in to your SQUARE ENIX Account. Please use caution with this service, as removing the Software Token in non-emergency situations will lower the account's security. The Emergency Removal Password allows you to forcibly remove a SQUARE ENIX Software Token application from the linked SQUARE ENIX account in situations where you can not log in with a one-time password, such as if your smartphone is lost or stolen.
